Who we are

Build Scale Exit is run by Benjamin Finnigan through CoyleX Marketing LLC. In this policy, "we" means us. You can reach us at info@coylexmarketing.com.

What we collect

Only what you give us, plus a few details that come with the form:

• The Score: your first name, email, your answers to the questions (including monthly revenue range and sales team size) and your result.
• Resources and the newsletter: your name and email, and which resource you asked for.
• The intake: your name, email and the answers you give about your business.
• With every form: the page you sent it from and any campaign tags in the link you followed (for example, that you came from LinkedIn).

Like any website, our hosting provider also handles basic technical details, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver pages and block attacks.

Cookies

This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may set a cookie that helps tell people apart from bots.

How we use it

• To show you your score and email you a copy.
• To send the resource you asked for.
• To send Build Scale Exit, our weekly email.
• To prepare for a call you book, and to tell you whether it's a fit.
• To understand which pages and campaigns bring people in.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your information. We use a few service providers to run the site, and they handle it only to provide that service:

• GoHighLevel stores contacts and sends our emails.
• Cloudflare hosts the site.
• Google Fonts serves the site's fonts, so Google receives your IP address when a page loads.

Net Revenue: if you fill in the intake, your answers go to Net Revenue, the company Benjamin works with, and are stored in its CRM so the call can be prepared. Net Revenue handles them under its own privacy policy.

We may also share information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while you're on our email list or while we're talking about working together. Ask us to delete them and we will, unless the law requires us to keep something.

Your choices

• Emails: every email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
• Your data: email info@coylexmarketing.com to see what we hold about you, correct it or have it deleted. We'll reply within 30 days.

Where it's stored

Our providers may store and process your information in the United States.

Children

This site is for business owners. It isn't meant for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
