The Score and the resources on this site are general guidance based on your own answers. They are not an audit of your business, and they aren't legal, financial or tax advice. Make your own decisions, and get professional advice where you need it.

Results

Numbers on this site, like close rates and revenue figures, come from specific teams in specific situations. They don't predict your results. What happens in your business depends on your offer, your market, your team and how the work is carried out.

Using our content

The site, the Score and the resources belong to us. You're welcome to use the resources inside your own business. Please don't resell them or republish them as your own.

Calls and paid work

Filling in the intake or booking a call doesn't create a client relationship. Any paid work is covered by a separate written agreement.

Emails

When you take the Score, ask for a resource or fill in the intake, you'll also get Build Scale Exit, our weekly email. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your details.

Other sites

We sometimes link to other websites, such as a calendar or LinkedIn. We aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
